Ambition 2007 was such a great event with pure excitement. It laid out the vision for Ambit Energy from it's co-founders CEO Jere Thompson, Jr. and CMO Chris Chambless and displayed the great leadership that we have on the ground to make that vision a reality with our esteemed Leader Steve Thompson and others like Brian McClure, Carlos Marin, Chris Atkinson and Debbie Roy.

We were not sure how Ambition 2008 could top that and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

We could give a rundown of the events but we will leave that to the field leadership because there is no way to express the PURE ENERGY with mere words...

Ambit Business Bonanzas

New Markets

Ohio: Launch is set for January 2009 in the Dominion service territory.

National Grid in New York: New customer enrollment will begin in the near future.
Some coverage for local customers (Brooklyn, Queens) will begin on November 7th
and other areas in upstate NY and Long Island will follow.

Double Jump Start Promotion

9/13 – 11/15/2008, new MCs earn a Double Jump Start 1 Bonus (total=$200) when they gather four customer points within 7 days of enrollment.

It gets even better, a new MC can earn a Double Jump Start 2 Bonus when they gather ten customer points within 14 days!
The Double Jump Start Bonus promotion runs from 9/13/2008 through 11/15/2008, so help your new MCs gather ten customer points (four within the first 7 days, and the remaining six within 14 days), and your new MC can earn $400 in 2 weeks.
You know what that means! They earn back their enrollment fee! Get them started in September, and they can make their $399 investment back just like that. And even at the new fee of $429, which begins on October 1, it's a better deal than ever before!

We Know You Love to Travel!

Ambit Energy is introducing a Quarterly Trip Incentive for all Senior Consultants and above. This contest begins immediately. Start date, as announced at Ambition, was September 13 and extends through December 31, 2008. So for Q4, 2008, you get more than two extra weeks to qualify! The winners will join one of Ambit Energy’s Co-Founders on an exclusive, 5-star vacation. Ten (10) winners will be selected per quarter on a points-based system. Points will be awarded for activity within each quarter and the Top Ten point producers will win a trip. RCs who promote to SC within the quarter ARE eligible to win. Points will be awarded as follows:

>> New MC in SC Team = 1 point.
>> New Customer in SC Team = 1 point.
>> New Personal MCs = 10 points.
>> New Personal Customers = 10 points.
>> New RCs in SC Team = 15 points.
>> New SCs in EC Team = 20 points.
>> Personal Promotion = 25 points.

FREE ELECTRICITY AND GAS

By far, the greatest buzz generated at Ambition 2008 was the announcement of free electricity and gas. If you weren't there, you read that right! We introduced the Customer Referral Bill Credit Program on top of the Customer Referral Travel Program.

When a customer refers 15 customers, the referrer receives a credit on their next bill equal to the average amount of the referred customers' payments. All previously referred customers count toward the 15, and the customer has 120 days to get the remaining customers. For example, say the customer has already referred 5 customers, earned a Travel Award, and their 90-day customer-referral clock has expired. The clock is now reset to 120 days (from September 13, 2008), and those previous 5 customers count. All they need to do is get 10 more within 120 days and they qualify for the credit! This credit can be applied every month, as long as those 15 customers remain active and pay their bills sometime within the 30 days prior to the date the referrer's bill is generated.

So encourage your customers to enroll more than the minimum 15 referrals just to protect their monthly credit. In Illinois and New York, the credit applies only to the energy supply portion of the bill (the delivery charges are not included). Illinois and New York customers will receive a check in the mail instead of a credit on their bills.

Here's the really good part: Consultants ARE eligible!
All Consultants have 120 days from September 13, 2008 to gather 15 additional personal customers. As a Consultant, you must be an Ambit Energy customer. (No, we can't apply the credit to a competitor's bill!)

So, if your customers have questions about fluctuating rates, problem solved! Show them how they can get their electricity and/or gas for FREE! A flyer describing the program will be mailed to new and existing customers in their monthly bills. And we'll soon be providing flyers in Power Zone that you can give to your customers as well.

Group Health Coverage

Ambit has joined the Direct Selling Association (DSA).

Through Ambit and the DSA, all Consultants (except those in NY) now have access to group health coverage. Everyone accepted, regardless of medical history or current condition. Visit www.ambitperks.com.

Vesting Program

“Vesting” means a Consultant is not required to meet weekly or monthly eligibility requirements. Qualification details will be posted in Power Zone.

Executive & National Consultants CLB Increases

CLB for ECs is now +$80. $315 for personally sponsored Consultants; up to $215 to infinite levels.

CLB for NCs is now +$25. $340 for personally sponsored Consultants; up to $240 to infinite levels.

New Consultant Enrollment Fee

On October 1, 2008, the fee to join the business will increase to $429.

Customers now have 12 weeks to get their referrals in to earn their choice of 6 rewards. However to keep things fair, existing customers now have until April 15th to get their referrals in. Make sure that you share this information with all of your existing customers. Ambit Emails and Messaging

Scott Lawrence {Daddy :)} has announced that many emails sent out to Ambit consultants are being kicked back as undeliverable. Please go to your Power Zone login and update your contact information so that you can stay plugged in to what is going on within Ambit and within our team.

That info there is also how your upline will contact you. Stay in the loop. Any updates to our site and changes of permissions and passwords will be sent to the email address listed in the Power Zone. If your info is not updated you can miss out on a prospect that may contact us through the Team Synergy website.

When enrolling a new consultant, make sure that they use a VALID email address. Even if you have to create one on the spot with them and show them how to access it. Folks don't miss out on a lead because you sent them to your website and they try and contact you from there for additional information.

2008 has been an exciting year for Ambit Energy. Ambit Energy has created three Millionaire Income earners in 2008. That is THREE in only the second year. We plan to take the momentum from 2008 and make history as the fastest growing company to a billion dollars!
